Dental Insurance
We participate in Delta Premier dental plans. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.
Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted, you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.
Payment Options
We have a variety of fee arrangements to ensure payment of any portion not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept most major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and Visa) and also offer Capital One health care financing. We will be glad to discuss these with you upon your arrival.
